Itinerary Confirmation
Your itinerary is considered confirmed once you book with Still Waters Safaris. By confirming, you agree to the terms and conditions of this policy.
Non-Refundable Bookings
All bookings are non-refundable. This means that once your itinerary is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including changes in travel plans, cancellations, or early departures.
Modification Policy
We will do our best to accommodate itinerary modifications, subject to availability. However, changes such as dates or trip duration may incur additional charges. These will be communicated to you at the time of modification.
Force Majeure
Still Waters Safaris is not responsible for service disruptions due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or labor disputes. In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive for your trip will result in a deposit charge, and no refund will be given.
Incidentals and Damages
You are responsible for any additional charges incurred during your trip, such as drinks, souvenirs, or purchases not included in your invoice/quote. These charges will be billed directly to you.
Discretionary Refunds
While our policy is generally no refunds, Still Waters Safaris reserves the right to make exceptions or provide discretionary refunds in exceptional circumstances, solely at our discretion.
